HPDC Multi-Stage Flash Reduction

Multi-Stage Plunger Deceleration Systems in HPDC Advanced Flash Reduction Through Scientific Pressure Control Flash is one of the most common and costly problems in High Pressure Die Casting. In many plants, flash is directly treated as a die problem, and the first reaction is often die correction, parting-line repair, clamping adjustment, or trimming improvement. But in real HPDC production, flash is not always caused only by die mismatch or die damage. Many times, flash is generated because of sudden pressure rise at the end of filling, high impact pressure, uncontrolled plunger movement, poor deceleration logic, die locking limitation, overflow behavior, and dynamic cavity pressure conditions. When these factors are not understood properly, teams keep correcting the die again and again, but the problem comes back during production. This recorded course is designed to help HPDC engineers understand flash generation from a deeper process-control point of view. T...;
